ALCHEMY CRYSTAL SOUND BATH
I currently hold small group sessions on occassional Sunday evenings at

These evening sessions are for small groups of six people. Held in a candle-lit yurt in the grounds of Florence House, a well known retreat and wedding venue on the brow of Seaford Head, a wonderful place to share the transformational frequencies of the Sacred Alchemy Crystal Bowls with you.
There is a wood burner for dark winter evenings, which adds to the relaxing and healing vibe

Please park on the road outside, and enter through the BLACK GATE as seen above!
This will take you on a path into the gardens, you will immediately see the yurt to your left.

TOILET FACILITIES
We do not have access to the Retreat Centre or its facilities, so please find toilet facilities in the centre of town or on the seafront at the Martello Tower.

WHAT TO BRING
I provide mats and pillows, but suggest you bring a blanket and anything else that may make this experience as comfortable, suggestions would be an extra mat, eye mask, hot water bottle, duvet, pillows and socks.
