Held at Green Spirit, a beautiful nature-based retreat setting in the village of Moorlinch, just outside Glastonbury, a wonderful place to share the transformational frequencies of the Sacred Alchemy Crystal Bowls with you.

What to bring
Yoga mats are provided for you to lie on, and you are welcome to bring an extra one if you would like a little more comfort beneath you. A cushion or pillow for your head is a lovely addition, and you may want a light cover for when you settle in and your body begins to relax.
Bring a flask of tea or some water to enjoy afterwards. And if your back needs a little extra care, a cushion tucked beneath your knees can make all the difference.
Most of all, bring whatever helps this time feel nourishing and restful for you. My own suggestion would be an extra mat, a pillow and an eye mask, but trust what your body knows it needs.

Please arrive at 7.30pm so we can begin at 7.45pm.
Hopefully, you’ll be feeling very relaxed by the end, we usually leave by 8.45pm.

Directions
As you enter the village of Moorlinch, pass the Ring O'Bells pub and continue onto Pit Hill Lane (at the bottom of the hill).
Carry on for 100 yards, turning left after the thatched cottage onto Moorlinch Right Drove.
Passing cottages and cowsheds on your left, you will see to two metal gates ahead of you, go through the one on the left you will see The Green Spirit Retreat is ahead of you, where you'll find parking.
