1. About my services

I offer 1:1 sessions including Inner Freedom Sessions, Intuitive Consultations, and The Alchemy Process, alongside the I Am Rising membership and occasional retreats and events such as sound healing sessions. Full details of current offerings, including pricing, are set out on the relevant pages of the Website and may be updated from time to time.

2. Important: not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment

My work is holistic and spiritual in nature, drawing on Belief Coding, EFT, Matrix Reimprinting, intuitive guidance, energy healing, and related modalities. It is intended to support your overall wellbeing and personal growth.

It is not a substitute for medical, psychiatric, psychological, or other professional healthcare treatment, diagnosis, or advice. I am not a doctor, psychiatrist, or registered therapist, and nothing in a session should be taken as medical or mental health advice. If you are currently receiving treatment for a physical or mental health condition, please continue to follow the advice of your healthcare provider, and consult them before making any changes based on our work together. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or are in need of urgent medical attention, please contact emergency services or your healthcare provider directly, not me.

You are responsible for your own physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing, and for deciding how to use any insights or suggestions that arise during a session.

3. Bookings, payment, and cancellation

Sessions are booked via Calendly and paid for through Kajabi’s checkout system. Prices are as stated on the Website at the time of booking.

Cancellations and rescheduling. I ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session. If you cancel or fail to attend with less than 48 hours’ notice, the session fee is not refundable, though I will always try to be understanding in genuine emergencies. To reschedule or cancel, please contact me directly at [EMAIL ADDRESS] or through the Calendly booking link.

This is a default policy and can be adjusted to reflect your actual practice once confirmed.

Multi-session programmes. Where you purchase a programme of three, six, or twelve sessions, or a fixed-term arrangement such as The Alchemy Process, the same notice period applies to each individual session within the programme.

Add any specific terms you want regarding expiry of unused sessions, instalment payments, or refunds if someone wishes to stop partway through a programme.

4. I Am Rising membership

The I Am Rising membership is a recurring monthly subscription, currently priced at £29 per month, giving access to live monthly sessions, The Spiritual Sanctuary library, and Nicola’s Culinary Collection, as described on the membership page.

You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again after that point, but no refund is given for the period already paid for.

Confirm cancellation instructions, for example: “log into your account and cancel from your subscription settings, or contact me at [EMAIL ADDRESS]”.

5. Confidentiality

What you share with me during a session is treated as confidential. I will not disclose details of our sessions to any third party, except where I am required to do so by law, where I believe there is a risk of serious harm to you or someone else, or with your express permission. 6. Intellectual property

All content on this Website, and all materials provided as part of a session, programme, or the I Am Rising membership, including text, recordings, images, and The Spiritual Sanctuary library content, is my intellectual property or is used under licence. You may use this content for your own personal benefit, but you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or share it with others, or use it for any commercial purpose, without my prior written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I exclude liability for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Website or my services. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under English law.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

8. Website use

You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes, and not in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Website or interfere with anyone else’s use of it.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to these Terms

I may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time you book a session or join the membership will apply.
